Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take for my order to process?

The processing time for your order can take 2-7 business days depending on the product. 

How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

Shipping times can range from 4 - 14 business days and the processing time for your order can take 2-7 business days depending on the product. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to get delivered after the order has been placed.

How much is Shipping?

Shipping is free for all products shipped to US addresses. We do not send orders out for any other countries except the US.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order. 

My items haven't arrived yet. What do I do?

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to get delivered after the order has been placed. Also be sure to use the tracking number you should have received after the order was shipped. If 3 weeks have past and your order has not been delivered, please contact us at thetrendynookllc@gmail.com

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Returns

How do I return my purchase?

A return may be required in order for you to receive a refund on your item.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,
and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your
package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What are the shipping charges in case of returns?

If you are advised to return a product in order to get a refund, you will need to pay for return shipping.

What do I do if there is a problem with the item I received?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
